I was never
the sharpest tool in the shed in my younger years when it came to social
interaction. It was awkward and uncomfortable. But because of that, I scoured
the internet for many years in order to learn just how to win the game of “being
social”. As such this blog will take a scientists approach to dissecting the
everyday inner workings of how society works and actually explain what is going on in the simplest way possible.
There is always reason for everything even if one isn’t presently known and so I ask that
readers of this blog will take an open minded and optimistic approach to its
contents. There is no room for the mentality that believes fallacies such as “charisma
is something you must be born with” and the like. The humorous thing is that
just about everybody reading this blog will find that they at least understand
its content on a primitive level. The ability to understand the rules of
society is encoded in our DNA. That is, they subconsciously understand the
principles used in social interaction but may not be able to put it into words,
which is exactly the first aim of this blog since the first step to effectively
changing something is to understand how it works.
